I have developed and managed teams within businesses and moved into learning and development where I studied to become a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. I am level A&B qualified in occupational testing and personality profiling and also have a Diploma in business excellence.
My grounded business experience, coupled with the academic underpinning provides me with the tools and experience to design and deliver programmes which have the desired impact on your business.
